Things I Follow
Projects
Open-source repos I follow, fork, and learn from - AI agents, local inference, and automation tools. Not my own work, just things I find useful and build on.
storm
An LLM-powered knowledge curation system that researches a topic and generates a full-length report with citations.
Portable-Diffusion
A portable local AI image generator and Stable Diffusion GUI for Windows, Linux, and macOS. Run GGUF & Safetensors models 100% offline with zero setup and auto-detected GPU/NPU acceleration.
hermes-forge
AI agent development framework for building and deploying production agents.
loop-engineer-template
A template for becoming a top 1% AI builder - workflows, patterns, and tooling for shipping AI-powered applications.
flue
The sandbox agent framework - a lightweight runtime for building, testing, and deploying autonomous agents in isolated environments.
business-xray
Business process analysis and visualization tool for mapping and optimizing organizational workflows.
Homelab
The rack in the house
I run a homelab because infrastructure is more than a job. It's a place to test things before they touch production - Docker containers, Traefik routing, Cloudflare tunnels, UniFi networking, and a Synology for storage. If a tool is going to break, I want it to break on my rack first.
It's also where I prototype AI automation. n8n workflows, Copilot agents, Python scripts - they all run through the homelab before they get near a hospital system or a client engagement.
