For 30+ years, I have built and run infrastructure at scale — then used that operational foundation to simplify how work gets done: fewer manual steps, clearer handoffs, better reliability, and faster delivery.
My strength is turning messy, high-friction processes into repeatable systems. That includes automation strategy, systems architecture, and practical AI adoption — using AI to reduce ticket churn, improve documentation, speed up troubleshooting, and help teams make better decisions with less effort.
I am especially interested in AI enablement and training: giving people simple, usable patterns so they can apply AI safely and consistently in their daily work. I work best in environments that value ownership, clarity, and outcomes.
