How much does AI coaching cost?
Sessions start at $150 for a 60-minute AI Kickstart Session. The AI Deep Dive is $250 for 90 minutes. The two-session Workflow Builder package is $400. Website packages range from $300 for a single-page starter to $4,500 for a full business hub. All prices are listed on the Services page.
Which AI tools do you teach?
I teach Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. During the first session we discuss which tool best fits your work style and goals. You choose — I build the plan around your choice.
Do I need any technical experience?
None at all. My sessions are designed for people with zero technical background. If you can send an email, you have enough experience to get value from an AI coaching session.
What happens in a coaching session?
Every session follows a three-phase structure: (1) Tool selection — we identify which AI tool fits your needs, (2) Prompting framework — I teach you a structured method for getting useful results, (3) Real work — we apply it to an actual task from your job. You leave with real work done, not just notes.
Are sessions in-person or virtual?
All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. A recording is included with every session so you can review it later.
Can you train my whole team?
Yes. I offer team training sessions and group workshops. Contact me with your team size and goals, and I'll put together a custom proposal.
What's your background?
30+ years in IT, including 12 years in the U.S. Navy, Lockheed Martin (classified systems), Accenture (global delivery management), Oracle, and Children's National Hospital. I currently lead data center and infrastructure operations for one of the nation's top pediatric health systems.
How is this different from online courses?
Online courses are pre-recorded and generic. My sessions are live, 1-on-1, and tailored to your actual work. We use your real tasks as the material — not textbook examples. You get a session recording, custom prompts, and a personal AI playbook.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you complete a session and feel you didn't get value, I'll refund your payment. No questions asked.
How do I book a session?
