About
The Person Behind the Practice
30+ years of IT. A Navy veteran. A kid who learned DOS from a manual. Now helping people get real value from AI — without the hype.

About
I've been figuring out computers since before there was a career path for it.
In the early 1980s, my mother — a legal secretary — handed me a DOS manual and a BASIC programming book. The lawyer she worked for had just bought one of the first personal computers, and nobody knew what to do with it. She told me to figure it out. I did. That curiosity never left.
Before I had a title, I had a flight deck. Twelve years in the Navy — across three aircraft carriers — taught me how to lead teams of 30+ under pressure that doesn't forgive hesitation. I later became a Disbursing Clerk, but I was always the one people pulled aside to fix the computer. Honor, Courage, and Commitment weren't slogans painted on a bulkhead. They became the operating system I still run on — in how I lead, how I build, and how I show up for the people who count on me.
Since 1994, I have served and worked with the U.S. Navy, Lockheed Martin, Accenture, Oracle, and now Children's National Hospital — leading infrastructure, migrations, and datacenter operations at enterprise scale. Now I am channeling 30+ years of that experience into two things I genuinely love: teaching people how to use AI tools effectively, and building clean, fast websites for professionals who deserve a better online presence.

What I Stand For
The principles behind every engagement.
Clarity
I explain complex technology in plain language. If you walk away confused, I failed. Every recommendation comes with a clear explanation of what it does, why it matters, and what it costs.
Ownership
Everything I build comes with documentation and training so you can run it without me. I'm building your capability, not your dependency.
Outcomes
I measure success by your results — hours saved, errors reduced, revenue gained. Not by how impressive the technology sounds.
